Subscriptions available - respond by 09/07/11!

you will not be effected by this change.

 
Greetings All!
There will be a major change coming to CYN.  Effective 09/11/11, CYN will become a Members Only site, offering subscriber services.  There will be no additional charges, just subscriptions and auto-payments only.

This change is necessary for a couple reasons:
1) My work-life balance: I will need to order a set number of papers to complete subscriber orders and complete those orders on Sunday, mailing on Monday.  I will no longer post at 5pm EST and complete orders as they come in.  This will allow me to prep the packaging and complete all orders in a timelier fashion.

2) Supply is unable to meet demand: In our area, our supply cannot be increased and it is in danger of decreasing.  If I know ahead of time exactly how many papers I will need each week, I can better prepare for our customers and follow through on commitments.

Please note the following BEFORE submitting a request to be added to the
Member Subscription List.

·        This is a commitment to purchase our service on a weekly basis. Payments will be processed automatically and orders will be processed each week, mailed on Monday (Tuesday, if that Monday is a Holiday).

·        The DAY of the week you sign up for the subscription is the DAY each week your account will be charged. Ex.  If you sign up on Friday, your payment will be processed each Friday. 

 
·        Cost will remain the same as weekly orders. Depending on what you reserved (10 or 20), your total cost will reflect all normal processing and shipping fees.

·        Your orders will be processed and shipped out Monday mornings (except for any holidays)

·        On a week where no inserts are offered in the newspapers, a refund will be processed as soon as possible for 100% of the charged amount. The subscription payment is processed automatically, so the only way to remove the charge for those few weeks during the year is to process a refund.

·        For those that are subscribing to (2) Ten Packs, if any shipping charges can be saved from week to week, I will process the appropriate refund.  Example - weeks with ONE insert or thin inserts that can fit into one shipping envelope.

·        If you would like to cancel your subscription, please e-mail us BEFORE the current weeks charge and we will remove you from the list and offer you spot to the next person on the wait list.
If you are interested in starting your subscription effective 09/11/11, please send me an e-mail at kim.iheartcoupons@yahoo.com BY 09/07/11 and include the following information:

·        E-mail address attached to your PayPal account
·        Number of inserts you would like to order each week (can be any amount)


Once all requests are in, I will send an e-mail out on the evening of 09/07/11 to all those that request a subscription with instructions on how to sign up for the service.
